As the industry enters a new era of smart manufacturing, Chengrui International officially launched the strategic deployment of its “Plasma Power Big Data Acquisition System” in 2025, with full implementation scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. Upon completion, the system is expected to collect more than 3 million data points per week and over 10 million data points per month, creating a powerful foundation for intelligent process monitoring and predictive analysis. In the fourth quarter of 2026, we will further introduce an “Edge AI Computing & Analytics System” to enhance real-time intelligent analysis capabilities. Empowered by AI-driven technologies, Chengrui will comprehensively upgrade product testing quality, accurately predict potential abnormalities, and proactively optimize operational reliability.
