Opportunities Available (Northern & Southern Taiwan)

To support our growing operations and technical capabilities, we are recruiting professionals who are passionate about electronics, equipment engineering, and continuous learning.
Positions are available in both Northern and Southern Taiwan.
 

【Basic Qualifications】

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related science and engineering disciplines.

• Recent graduates and R&D Alternative Service candidates are welcome.

• Fundamental knowledge of electronic circuits and the ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, and functional verification of power systems, modules, and equipment.

• Experience with, or willingness to learn, the repair and testing of power-related equipment, including RF/DC Power Supplies, Generators, and Matching Networks.
• Familiarity with basic electronic measurement instruments and testing equipment.

【Engineering and R&D-Oriented Competencies】

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute engineering, R&D, and maintenance tasks according to established procedures.

• Ability to support R&D projects through testing, parameter tuning, data analysis, documentation, and technical report preparation.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies, equipment, and development processes.
• ​​​​​​​Attention to detail, quality awareness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and related departments.

• Ability to support project scheduling, progress tracking, issue management, and meeting documentation.

• Basic project management knowledge and the ability to organize technical documents and project reports.
