1. Business Ethics
     WPIC strictly prohibits bribery, corruption, extortion, embezzlement, and any other improper conduct. Employees shall not 
       offer or accept kickbacks, bribes, or any form of undue advantage in dealings with suppliers, agents, customers, or other
       stakeholders. All business activities and profits shall be conducted and obtained through lawful and ethical means.

 

2. Information Disclosure
    
WPIC ensures that financial information is disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. 
      Information related to environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and labor compliance is accurately
      reported to the relevant authorities in a timely manner.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

    WPIC respects intellectual property rights and ensures that all patented technologies used in production are legally licensed
      or authorized. Proprietary technologies developed by the Company are protected through patent applications. Licensed       
      software is used in accordance with copyright laws. Customer and supplier information is properly stored and managed, and
      confidentiality agreements are executed with external parties whenever necessary to safeguard sensitive information.


4. Confidentiality and Privacy Protection

    WPIC is committed to protecting whistleblowers and maintaining the confidentiality of all reports. Internal procedures are established to comply with personal
      data protection regulations. Personal information obtained through business relationships, including electronic communications, documents, emails, and

      legitimacy and ethical standards of suppliers and refrain from engaging in procurement or commercial transactions that are
      internationally recognized as inappropriate or prohibited.

    WPIC is committed to complying with antitrust and competition laws that promote innovation, fair markets, and consumer
      protection. All business activities shall be conducted in accordance with applicable competition regulations.
      To ensure compliance, WPIC has established the following principles:

  1. Implement policies and incentive mechanisms to strengthen employee awareness of antitrust and competition law compliance.
  2. Conduct audits and internal controls when appropriate to ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Encourage employees to seek guidance whenever concerns arise regarding potential violations.
