Bestda 13.56 MHz / 400 kHz Dual-Frequency Automatic Matching Network incorporates two sets of V/I sensors for real-time measurement of input impedance and output parameters. Combined with stepper motor control and intelligent matching algorithms, it provides fast and precise impedance matching for optimized power transfer.

Featuring dual RF inputs and a single combined output, the system is ideally suited for semiconductor and optoelectronic manufacturing processes, including Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), and Atomic layer Deposition (ALD), delivering superior process stability and repeatability.
